These three images are some of my first works that were talking about mental health. I have been told I shouldn't talk about mental health because it is not right to talk about it to other people, but the thing is I wanted to share my experiences to show that people are not alone.

A big reason why I made these images is because I feel it is better to show people what I am going through rather than tell them.
